Zoom Training FAQ’S
Q: What is the structure of the 25 min class?
A: This is a super efficient and fun session that strengthens your core, hips, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms (have we missed anything?:) while improving your balance and flexibility…we hit it all!
Q: Do I need any equipment?
A: Have at the ready soup cans or small hand weights (3lb), a pillow and yoga mat
Q: How much room is required?
A: If you have enough room on your yoga mat to stretch out with your arms over your head and out to your sides, you have enough room!
Q: Do I set my screen up for mat work or standing work?
A: Be ready for both:) Have a stool at the ready for standing screen time, and a box or stack of books ready for floor work.
Q: I’m a little shy. Do I have to have my screen on?
A: Not if you don’t want to! You can set up your zoom so that you see us, but we can’t see you. We ensure clear verbal directions so all will be straight forward to follow. That said, we would love to see you as we can then coach you on your form!
Q: What if I miss my prepaid class?
A: No problem! Although you will be missed, we will send you the class recording you so you don’t miss anything.
