Q: What is the maximum registration per class?
A: 7
Q: I haven’t worked out in a while. Is this class appropriate for me?
A: Absolutely. The small class format ensures you have the instructor’s attention and expertise trained on you. We’ve got you covered!
Q: Can I cancel my class?
A: With 48 hours notice – absolutely!
Q: Can I re-schedule my class?
A: Yes of course if there is room! Check your emailed confirmation page and there is an option to re-schedule your session.
Q: I’m not a Studio member. May I arrive early to use the Studio equipment to warm up?
A: Absolutely! This is encouraged as you will reap even more from your small group classes arriving early to warm up! More is more!
