A client gave me a card with this quote when we opened the Positively Fit Studio on Bowen Island almost 9 years ago. I loved it so much I framed it. I adore it now. I know now more than ever the hardest things to face can either slay me, or open me up to a whole new world of possibilities. Nothing lies between me and those possibilities except my frame of mind. As the New Year approaches like turning a fresh page in a notebook – I can write my life, my health and well being any way I choose on that blank, fresh page. Choosing to be strong, calm and content takes work and focus on all sorts of levels, and the littlest choices take courage and commitment.  My New Year’s wish to you is for life to expand!   Be courageous!
